My goal is to ensure safe, secure and prompt delivery of products to your store.
Shipping is free on all orders over £200
Dispatch times vary depending on current stock levels of products. I aim to deliver orders within 2-3 weeks (ideally sooner if possible), but please note that longer delivery times may occur on handpainted items or larger orders.
For advanced seasonal items such as Christmas decorations, please include a note on your order specifying your preferred delivery week for seasonal products.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
SHIPPING
Returns/refunds on wholesale orders are only accepted on items that have been damaged in transit or are defective. Please declare these items within 14 days of delivery.
